Community Events

Community events like the Back to School Breakfast in August, Boo Bash in October, and the Annual Banquet in February bring people together to celebrate, connect, and be part of the energy that makes our town special.

Business Recognition

Ribbon Cuttings and Business of the Month are great ways to recognize and spotlight the businesses that help our community grow. These moments celebrate new beginnings, milestones, and the hard work of local businesses while encouraging the community to show their support.

Eggs & Issues

Held February- May during the legislative session

Gives community members a chance to connect with local legislators. Join us for breakfast, hear updates from the Capitol, and ask questions about issues that impact our community.

Leadership Blackwell

Leadership Blackwell helps participants gain a deeper understanding of the community.  Sessions cover topics like local history, tribal leadership, nonprofits, schools, and city, county and state government.

A new class is selected each year and the program runs Sept-May.

Our Director

Noel Black

With more than 12 years in the chamber profession, Noel Black serves as Executive Director of the Blackwell Chamber of Commerce. She is known for supporting business growth, building strong partnerships, and encouraging community engagement.

Noel holds several professional certifications, including CMI, CCCE, Nonprofit Management, Standards for Excellence, and IOM, and was honored with the 2021 OCCE Young Professional Rising Star Award. She is also a graduate of Leadership Blackwell, Class of 2024, and is a devoted wife and mom who cares deeply about serving her community.
